Ucrania.jpg A CGTP-IN endereçou cartas ao Presidente, ao Primeiro-ministro e ao Procurador-geral da Ucrânia, protestando pela ingerências das autoridades ucranianas na vida interna da Confederação Sindical Ucraniana, a FSU, com quem a CGTP-IN se solidariza.
Abaixo se transcreve o texto das cartas enviadas.


Tomámos conhecimento e fomos informados, também durante a nossa recente participação no 6.º Congresso da FSU em Março, que se tornaram mais constantes os ataques contra a FSU e os seus filiados, com cada vez mais casos de ingerência directa na sua actividade regular por parte de estruturas governamentais e altos funcionários do Estado.
Para além disso, a FSU informou que o gabinete do Procurador-geral da Ucrânia se tem também envolvido nestas acções contra a FSU.
Segundo a legislação ucraniana sobre os sindicatos, os seus direitos e a garantia da sua actividade enquanto sindicatos, as associações sindicais podem possuir bens e propriedades necessários à implementação da sua normal actividade.
A FSU tem repetidamente expressado uma profunda indignação em relação a essa ingerência sem precedentes na sua normal actividade interna.
Mas os responsáveis estatais parecem estar a ignorar a Constituição da Ucrânia, as suas leis, as Convenções 87 e 98 da OIT, bem como anteriores decisões judiciais sobre a legalidade dos direitos de propriedade da FSU.
Em nome dos sindicatos e trabalhadores nossos filiados em Portugal, exigimos que tome todas as medidas necessárias e urgentes para pôr um fim imediato a estas acções contra a FSU e os sindicatos e para impedir outras violações dos direitos sindicais na Ucrânia, bem como para garantir o cumprimento da legislação ucraniana e das Convenções 87 e 98 da OIT ratificadas, que se relacionam com a não ingerência na actividade estatutária dos sindicatos.

We have been taking notice and being informed, also during our recent participation in the FPU’s 6th Congress in March, that the attacks on the FPU and its affiliates have become more active in Ukraine and that there are more and more cases of direct interference in their statutory activity by government structures and top state officials.
Furthermore, the FPU has informed that the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine has been also involved in these actions against the FPU.
According to the Law of Ukraine on Trade Unions, Their Rights and Guarantees of Their Activity as trade unions, their associations can own assets and other property necessary for the implementation of their statutory activity.
The FPU has repeatedly expressed deep indignation in connection with unprecedented interference in its internal statutory activity.
But state officials seem to be ignoring the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine, ILO conventions 87 and 98, previous court decisions on legality of the FPU ownership rights.
On behalf of our member unions and affiliated workers in Portugal, we demand that you take all necessary and urgent measures to immediately stop these anti-FPU and anti-union actions and to prevent further violations of trade union rights in Ukraine, as well as to ensure observance of the laws of Ukraine and ratified ILO Conventions 87 and 98 as to the non-interference in the statutory activity of trade unions.
