A CGTP-IN enviou mensagem de solidariedade às centrais sindicais
belgas, por ocasião da realização de uma manifestação no dia 2 de
dezembro de 2011

Caros Colegas da FGTB, CSC and CGSLB, A CGTP-IN, os sindicatos seus filiados e os trabalhadores que representamos desejam os maiores êxitos e transmitem a sua solidariedade activa à manifestação nacional que organizais no dia 2 de Dezembro de 2011, em Bruxelas. Temos acompanhado com preocupação as anunciadas medidas de “austeridade cega” do vosso governo, nomeadamente as intenções de alterar o sistema de indexação, o regime de pensões e pré-pensões, o subsídio de desemprego e outros benefícios e subsídios sociais. Apoiamos inteiramente as vossas reivindicações e propostas alternativas. Em Portugal, como sabeis, na sequência de um pacto com o FMI, o BCE e a CE, o governo tem adoptado medidas extremamente recessivas, anti-laborais e anti-sociais, designadamente cortando salários e pensões, aumentando os impostos e impondo, sem negociação, mais horas de trabalho, cortes na protecção social e nas indemnizações por despedimento, facilitando o despedimento individual e lançando um novo ataque à contratação e negociação colectivas. A maioria destas medidas está contida no Orçamento de Estado para 2012 que será votado no Parlamento, no dia 30 de novembro de 2011. A CGTP-IN convocou uma nova acção de protesto para este dia, em frente ao Parlamento. A luta contra estas medidas e este programa de ingerência externa esteve no centro da greve geral que se realizou, com enorme êxito, no passado dia 24 de novembro. Na sequência da greve geral, a CGTP-IN promoverá, de 12 a 17 de dezembro, uma Semana de Luta contra o aumento ilegal do horário de trabalho (mais 2,5 horas semanais, sem remuneração). Caros Camaradas, A CGTP-IN considera que vivemos momentos em que, mais do que nunca, precisamos de organizar a resistência e luta dos trabalhadores e do movimento sindical contra a violenta ofensiva dos nossos governos, do patronato e das instituições neoliberais europeias e internacionais. Neste contexto, transmitimos a nossa solidariedade à FGTB, CSC and CGSLB e aos trabalhadores belgas, desejando grande êxito à vossa manifestação e às vossas lutas futuras.

Dear Colleagues of FGTB, CSC and CGSLB, The CGTP-IN, our member unions and the workers we represent wish you great success and express our active solidarity to the national demonstration you are organising on 2 December 2011, in Brussels. We have been following with concern the announced “blind austerity” measures of your government and namely the intentions of changing the indexation system, pension and pre-pension schemes, unemployment and other social benefits and allowances. We fully support you in your demands and alternative proposals. In Portugal, as you are aware, following a pact with the IMF, the ECB and the EC, the government is adopting extreme recessive, anti-worker and anti-social measures, namely by cutting salaries and pensions, raising taxes and imposing, without negotiations, longer working hours, cutbacks in social protection and in redundancy pay, easier individual dismissals and a new attack on collective bargaining and agreements. Most of these measures are contained in the state budget for 2012 that will be voted in Parliament on the 30 November 2011. The CGTP-IN has called a new protest action, on this day, in front of Parliament. The struggle against these measures and this programme of foreign interference was at the heart of the general strike which took place with enormous success on the past 24 November. Following the general strike, on the 12th to the 17th December, the CGTP-IN will be promoting an action week against the illegal increase of working hours (plus 2.5 hours per week without pay). Dear Colleagues, The CGTP-IN considers that we are living moments when, more than ever, we need to organise the resistance and struggle of workers and trade unions against the violent onslaught of our governments, employers and European and international neoliberal institutions. In this context, we convey our solidarity to FGTB, CSC, CGSLB and all Belgian workers, wishing you great success in your demonstration and in your future struggles.
